I only had 1 network. The frontend section in the haproxy config file uses the local IP of the ec2 instance where haproxy is installed (LOCAL-IP-OF-HAPROXY-EC2-INSTANCE). The backend section points to another network where the kubernetes nodes are running. Not sure if I understood your question correctly though.
